CARING CLOSET
For the past year or more we have collected new clothing and bicycle helmets in support of victims who visit the Emergency Department at MetroHealth.
CLEVELAND FOOD BANK
An assortment of groceries is provided by the Cleveland Food Bank and we assist monthly with the food ministry at neighboring St. Timothy Missionary Baptist Church. (temporarily suspended)
TUTORING at THE CLEVELAND METROPOLITIAN SCHOOL SYSTEM
Volunteers tutor students at Wilbur Wright Elementary. And we have been sponsoring the Dancing Classroom Program there for many years.
CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES
For several years we have participated in the Cuyahoga County Center for Children and Families Christmas Adopt-a-Family program. In the spirit of the season, we provide items and family members can “shop” for themselves and one another.
LA SAGRADA FAMILIA
We prepare and serve up to 180 guests at the monthly meal program that reaches out to neighbors in the Detroit-Shoreway district of Cleveland’s west side. (temporarily on hold)
US COMMITTEE for REFUGEES AND IMMIGRANTS
We assist at the donation center we helped to establish and prepare residences for families and individuals who arrive in Cleveland.
